Old age is accompanied by various changes that can generate anxiety and uncertainty; hence, the importance of mental health in the elderly because, if this is okay, it will be easier for the person to feel able to face everything that comes with optimism and without generating negative emotions, which make them isolate themselves from the people you love or who develop illnesses such as depression, which can be common at this stage.
Tips to improve the mental health of the elderly
